Stop troublesome brake-fluid leaks at the caliper banjo fitting with this three-piece replacement O-ring set, designed to suit hydraulic brake systems commonly fitted to Kaabo electric scooters and other models using ZOOM hydraulic brakes.

Over time, the original banjo bolt O-rings can harden, flatten or split due to heat, age and repeated pressure cycles. This can allow mineral oil to leak around the brake hose connection, resulting in reduced braking performance, oil contamination around the caliper and a brake lever that may gradually feel soft or pull closer to the handlebar.

This kit provides the three correctly sized replacement O-rings required to reseal one brake hose banjo connection at the caliper.

Installation Information

Hydraulic brakes are a safety-critical system. The banjo bolt must be correctly assembled and tightened without crushing, pinching or displacing the new O-rings. The hydraulic system may also require bleeding after installation.

Brake pads contaminated with mineral oil should be replaced. The brake rotor and caliper must be thoroughly cleaned before the scooter is returned to service.

Professional installation is recommended if you are not experienced with hydraulic brake repairs.
