Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2 business days. Most are processed faster. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, except under circumstances controlled by the carrier.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

These rates change from time to time as set by the carrier.

Overnight and same day delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within Adelaide, South Australia. Same day deliveries utilize services such as Uber. Same day delivery charges are paid by You. We will happily help arrange such deliveries from our end. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. This is outside Our control. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes.

We ship to addresses within Australia. Some items however may not be shipped to PO Boxes, and will require a street address.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (local tariffs, taxes, or fees)

Damages

ESR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. All efforts are made to ensure your items are well packaged, and safe. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please try to take images of the packaging immediately when it arrives, and before attempting to open the packaging, as this can expediate the claim process.
