Important Service Information
- We repair nearly ALL BRANDS of e-scooters.
We also work closely with several Melbourne based and East Coast based scooter retailers to assist with warranty and repairs. Ask us for more info. - Servicing & tyre changes are available for almost every wheel size (based on tyre availability). Tyre fitting has generally a 2 business day turnaround depending on how busy we are.
- Repairs typically take up to 4 weeks, based on how busy we are and how long parts take to arrive, if we do not have them in stock. From China this can mean up to a 3 week wait just for parts. Delays may occur where parts are on backorder from factories in China. These delays are out of our control.
