The Ausom DT2 Pro is a high-performance electric scooter built for riders who want considerably more power, range and comfort than a conventional commuter scooter can provide.

 

Dual 1100W motors produce a combined 2200W of rated power and up to 2912W peak output, delivering strong acceleration, excellent hill-climbing performance and speeds of up to 68km/h on private property.

 

A large 52V 23.4Ah battery provides the capacity required for longer journeys, with a manufacturer-claimed maximum range of up to 115km under ideal conditions.

 

Front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, adjustable E-ABS, dual swingarm suspension and wide 10 × 3-inch tubeless tyres complete a capable package designed for urban roads, recreational riding and light off-road terrain.

 

Dual-Motor Performance

 

The DT2 Pro is powered by two 1100W brushless motors, providing 2200W of combined rated power and up to 2912W at peak.

 

Riders can select single or dual-motor operation and choose between three riding modes. This allows the scooter’s performance to be adjusted for relaxed cruising, maximum range or stronger acceleration.

 

With up to 32Nm of torque and a manufacturer-claimed climbing capability of up to a 36% gradient, the DT2 Pro is particularly well suited to steeper terrain and heavier riders.

 

Long-Range 52V Battery

 

The DT2 Pro carries a substantial 52V 23.4Ah lithium-ion battery with 1216.8Wh of stored energy.

 

Ausom claims a maximum range of up to 115km under controlled test conditions, giving the DT2 Pro genuine long-distance potential.

- Tyre pressure

- Wind and temperature

Fast riding, repeated acceleration and extensive dual-motor use will reduce the available range.

 

Dual Charging Ports

 

Two charging ports allow the battery to be charged using either one or two compatible chargers.

 

One 58.8V 2A charger is supplied as standard. Charging takes approximately 13 hours with the supplied charger or around 6.5 hours when two compatible chargers are used simultaneously.

 

Hydraulic Braking with E-ABS

 

A scooter with this level of performance needs a capable braking system.

 

The DT2 Pro uses front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, providing strong and progressive braking with less lever effort than conventional cable-operated brakes.

 

Adjustable electronic E-ABS works alongside the hydraulic system to provide additional controlled deceleration.

 

Front and Rear Swingarm Suspension

 

Front and rear spring swingarm suspension helps absorb bumps, vibration and uneven surfaces.

 

Combined with the wide deck and large pneumatic tyres, the suspension gives the DT2 Pro a stable and comfortable ride across suburban roads, paths, gravel and recreational terrain.

 

Wide 10 × 3-Inch Tubeless Tyres

 

The DT2 Pro uses wide 10 × 3-inch tubeless pneumatic tyres.

 

The larger contact patch improves stability and traction, while the all-terrain tread is suitable for sealed roads, gravel tracks and light off-road riding.

 

Maintaining the correct tyre pressure is essential for safe handling, maximum range and reduced puncture risk. Ausom recommends approximately 50 PSI.

 

Large 4.5-Inch LCD Display

 

The centrally mounted 4.5-inch LCD screen clearly displays important riding information, including:

- Battery level

- Riding mode

- Motor selection

- Trip information

- Scooter status

 

Adjustable settings include acceleration strength, E-ABS intensity, display brightness, cruise control and zero-start or kick-start operation.

 

NFC and Password Security

 

The DT2 Pro offers two convenient forms of electronic access control.

 

The scooter can be unlocked using one of the three included NFC cards or protected using a four-digit password entered through the display.

 

These features help prevent casual unauthorised operation. We still recommend securing the scooter to a fixed object with a quality physical lock whenever it is left unattended.

 

Integrated AirTag Compartment

 

A concealed compartment provides a convenient location for an Apple AirTag, allowing owners to add compatible location tracking without attaching a visible external holder.

 

Apple AirTag is not included.

 

Complete Lighting System

 

The integrated lighting package includes:

 

- LED headlight

- Rear light

- Side indicators

 

The lighting system improves visibility in darker conditions while giving the DT2 Pro a distinctive appearance.

 

Additional visibility equipment may still be required depending on the riding environment and applicable regulations.
